Supply Chain Specialist

THE ROLE
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of the annual demand plan in sync with the quarterly production in Europe. You will adjust monthly distribution plans and maintain warehouse inventory levels consistent with the business plan. You will also be responsible for 3PL performance and issues management and occasionally provide support for customer order and invoice management.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Commercial Business and Supply Chain Operations
Responsible for planning, organising and receiving/shipping of inbound and outbound inventory
Point of contact for 2 key customers for forecasting and supply chain matters
Maintain all SAP local master data with most accurate and up-to-date information at all times
Manage 3PL’s performance to obtain accuracy of inventory, shipping and receiving
Performance Management and Reporting
Monthly primary sales report on a bi-weekly basis including opportunities and risks
Assess inventory and distribution levels monthly to proactively manage emerging issues and risks
Monthly sales reporting in OctaBI ensuring zero discrepancy between SAP and 3PL inventory
Desired Education and Experience:
A University Degree
1-2 years’ experience in a dynamic logistics and inventory management role.
Advanced user of MS Office, SAP and APO
Previous project management experience is an asset.
Knowledge of current trends in pharma and cold chain supply chain management
