Our Client is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Material Handler to join the team in Bolton, ON. This is an urgent opening in a fast-paced, high-volume 3PL operation serving multiple clients.
This is not a passive role. Every shift matters — from accurate picking and packing to careful receiving and put-away. You will be working in a system-driven environment using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and you will be held to clear productivity and accuracy targets.

Role Purpose
Ensure accurate, safe, and efficient movement, storage, and handling of inventory within a high-volume 3PL warehouse. This role directly supports operational efficiency, cost control, and scalable growth by maintaining inventory integrity, enabling throughput, and reducing errors. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are picked correctly, shipped on time, and handled with care.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Accuracy
- Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and the WMS to meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Verify SKU, quantity, and product condition before shipment
- Stage, wrap, label, and prepare outbound orders on schedule
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive, unload, inspect, and system-receive inbound goods
- Complete proper put-away and maintain accurate bin locations
- Label, organize, and record stock locations
- Support cycle counts and audits; investigate variances
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with supervisors, inventory control, and warehouse teams to meet operational targets
- Report damaged, missing, or non-conforming goods promptly
- Support cross-functional activities as needed
What Success Looks Like
0 to 3 Months
- Achieve 95%+ picking accuracy and meet baseline productivity targets
- Operate all equipment safely with zero violations
- Become proficient in WMS and RF scanning
3 to 6 Months
- Maintain 98–99% picking accuracy and consistently meet or exceed productivity goals
- Manage assigned tasks independently with minimal direction
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts
6 to 12 Months
- Sustain 99%+ picking accuracy and productivity
- Contribute to at least one process improvement initiative
- Assist with onboarding or cross-training of new team members
Required Experience
- Forklift Certification, Reach Truck, Center Rider, Order Picker Certification is required
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet productivity targets and work within structured processes
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Effective communication and a team-first approach
Candidates without demonstrated warehouse or fulfillment experience will not be considered.
