Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Vaughan, ON (Teston Rd)
Reports to: Director, Operations
Work Arrangement: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000
This Role Requires a True 3PL Operator
Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager with proven 3PL leadership experience in a multi-client environment.
This is not a step-up role. It is not a learning role. It requires someone who has already owned service levels, labour budgets, compliance audits, and supervisor accountability in a complex warehouse operation.
This position was created to fill an existing opening and to add additional leadership capacity to support continued growth. It has been challenging to find the right fit because the expectations are high — and the impact of this role is significant.
If you have full P&L accountability, understand SLA discipline, and lead from the warehouse floor, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
A minimum of 50% of your time will be spent on the floor.
Role Purpose
Own full 3PL warehouse operations performance across service, cost, safety, compliance, and team development. Ensure customer SLAs are met, inventory integrity is protected, audits are passed, and operational scalability supports business growth.
